Costume Magic

I've been inspired to write a new entry, following KT's latest industry interview with Carol Cutshall and all things COSTUME!!

Now as some of you may know, I was well on my way to becoming an aspiring Costume Designer myself.  And until quite recently I've been educating, training, dreaming to do for years.  I made one of the hardest decisions in my life, to let the idea of a career in the creative industry go.
Anyway that fact is of little relevance or importance here.
What I really wanted to share with you, is some of my favourite Costume Designers.  They were the drive that kept me going.  They're brilliant and their work is astoundingly beautiful.

In no particular order:
Susan Hilferty.  Many of you will well recognise her work from 'Wicked'.

Colleen Atwood!  You can thank her for her work in Sweeney Todd, Alice in Wonderland, Memoirs of a Geisha, Chicago, Big Fish, Mars Attacks, Edward Scissorhands...seriously this woman's list just goes on and on!
